Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.

  1. Prepare the Batter Base

Add the soaked black chickpeas, soaked raw peanuts, and sprouted green moong into a blender jar.

  2. Add Dry Ingredients

Add 4 tablespoons of fine semolina (rava) to the blender jar with the legumes.

  3. Incorporate Dairy

Add 4 tablespoons of curd (yogurt) to the blender.

  4. Add Liquids for Blending

Pour in approximately 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of water to aid in blending.

  5. Blend to a Smooth Batter

Secure the lid on the blender and blend all the ingredients until a smooth, consistent batter is formed.

  6. Transfer and Mix Batter

Pour the blended batter into a mixing bowl. Stir the batter well to ensure uniform consistency.

  7. Season the Batter

Add salt to taste to the batter and mix thoroughly until well combined.

  8. Prepare the Pan

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, lightly grease it with oil or ghee.

  9. Cook the Pancakes

Pour small dollops of batter onto the hot pan to form small, round pancakes. Cook for on one side until the edges look set and the bottom is golden brown.

  10. Flip and Finish Cooking

Flip the pancakes and cook for another until the other side is also golden brown and cooked through.

  11. Serve Warm

Carefully remove the cooked pancakes from the pan and place them on a serving plate. Serve the healthy and tasty breakfast food warm.
