Light the stove and place a pan. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into the pan and let it heat up.

Step 2: Fry Red Chillies

Add 5-6 red chillies to the hot oil and fry for approximately until fragrant.

Step 6: Add Raisins

Add 2 tablespoons of raisins (kismis) to the pan and fry for approximately until they puff up.

Step 7: Add Flattened Rice
