  • 1-2 tspGarlic and herb seasoning
  • 1-2 tspLemon pepper seasoning
  • 1-2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/4 cupParmesan cheese
  • 1-2 tbspFresh parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Corn

    Cut each ear of corn into 2-3 smaller pieces, creating round corn 'wheels'.

  2. 2.Heat Oil for Frying

    Pour vegetable oil into a deep pan or cast iron skillet and heat it over medium-high heat until hot and shimmering.

  3. 3.Fry the Corn

    Carefully place the corn pieces into the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Fry until the corn is golden brown and slightly charred on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the fried corn and place it on a tray lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

  4. 4.Prepare Seasoned Butter

    In a small bowl, melt the butter. Add Cajun seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder to the melted butter. Whisk thoroughly to combine all ingredients. Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings as desired.

  5. 5.Season and Serve

    Place the fried corn into a large mixing bowl. Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the corn. Add Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Toss the corn until all pieces are evenly coated with the butter and seasonings. Serve immediately.
