In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with curd, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Mix well and for .
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add the chicken pieces and until they are browned on all sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
In another pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add cumin seeds and cloves, and for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add ginger garlic paste to the pan and until the raw smell disappears.
Pour in 1 cup of tomato puree and mix well.
Add cumin powder, chili powder, fennel powder, coriander powder, and garam masala to the tomato mixture. Stir to combine.
Add salt to taste.
Add 1 cup of water to the gravy base, then add the chicken pieces. Mix everything together.
Sprinkle kasuri methi over the chicken and gravy. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey into the mixture. Stir gently.
Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and mix until well incorporated.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
