Cut 1 tube of Grands Biscuits into 6 pieces each and spread them evenly across the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle thawed and pre-cooked sausage patties (or browned and drained ground sausage) evenly over the biscuit pieces in the baking dish.
Optionally, add bell peppers, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the sausage layer.
Optionally, sprinkle crumbled cooked bacon pieces over the casserole.
Cover the ingredients with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, together 6 large eggs and 1/2 cup of milk. Add a pinch of black pepper if desired.
Pour the egg and milk mixture evenly over all the ingredients in the baking dish.
Top the casserole with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Optionally, arrange sliced pickled jalapeños on one half of the casserole to mark it.
Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 350°F (approximately 175°C) (175°C (approximately 345°F)) for approximately , or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown and bubbling.
Remove from the oven, cut out a piece, and serve on a plate. Enjoy as is, or place a piece between two halves of a biscuit to create a breakfast sandwich.
