Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 500g of boneless chicken, cut into small pieces.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of cream, 2-3 tablespoons of chopped coriander, 1/3 tsp black pepper powder, 1/3 tsp chili flakes, 1/3 tsp garlic powder, 1/3 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste (approx 1/2 tsp), 1/3 tsp oregano, 1/3 tsp dried parsley, and 1/3 tsp onion powder to the chicken in the pan.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with the chicken. Cook for , stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Once the chicken is cooked, add 2 tablespoons of simple mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of garlic mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce, and 2 tablespoons of sweet Thai chili sauce to the pan.
Stir well to combine the sauces with the chicken. Then, add 1/2 cup of green bell pepper. Cook for another , stirring, until the bell pepper is slightly softened but still retains some crunch. Remove the pan from heat.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (approximately 355°F) (350°F (approximately 175°C)). Arrange the bottom halves of 6 slider buns in a baking dish.
Place one slice of cheddar cheese on each bottom bun. Spoon a generous amount of the prepared chicken mixture over the cheddar cheese on each bun. Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
Place the top halves of the slider buns over the mozzarella cheese. Bake for , or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the buns are lightly golden.
Once baked, remove the sliders from the oven. Brush the tops of the buns with 1-2 tablespoons of melted butter and garnish with 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped coriander. Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
