Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef and Bacon

Place 3 pounds of lean ground beef into a large skillet. Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Break up the beef and cook until browned. While the beef is cooking, slice one 10 oz pack of beef bacon into small pieces. Add the chopped bacon to the skillet with the beef and continue to cook until both are fully cooked and browned.

Step 2: Scramble the Eggs

In a separate skillet, spray with 5-calorie cooking spray. Crack 10 eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked and fluffy.

Step 3: Prepare the Raising Cane's Protein Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine approximately 1 cup (240g) of nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 150g light sour cream, 40g no sugar added ketchup, 20g lemon juice, 10g yellow mustard, 20g Worcestershire sauce, 4g onion powder, 6g paprika, 6g garlic powder, 2g salt, and 5g honey. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and smooth. This is your 'Raising Cane's' inspired protein sauce.

Step 4: Combine Filling Ingredients

Once the beef and bacon mixture is cooked, add the scrambled eggs to the same skillet. Sprinkle 280g (10 servings) of fat-free shredded cheese over the mixture. Pour the prepared protein sauce over everything in the skillet. Mix well until the cheese has melted and all ingredients are evenly combined.

Step 5: Assemble the Burritos

Lay out 10 large tortillas (Extreme Wellness Wraps). Distribute the filling mixture evenly among the tortillas. To roll each burrito, fold the two opposite ends of the tortilla towards the middle, then pull the bottom edge over the filling, tucking it in tightly. Continue to roll the burrito upwards until fully sealed.

Step 6: Toast the Burritos

Place the rolled burritos into a large skillet or on a griddle. them on all sides until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Pro Tips

• Ensure the beef and bacon are fully cooked and drained of excess fat before combining with other ingredients.

• When rolling the burritos, tuck the ends in tightly before rolling to prevent filling from spilling out.

• Toast the burritos in a skillet until golden brown for a crispy exterior.

Variations

• Substitute lean ground turkey or chicken for beef.

• Add vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or spinach to the filling.

• Adjust spice levels in the sauce to your preference.
