Black Beans and Longan Health Power Drink

  • 1/2 cupDried longan
  • 1 litreWater

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare Ingredients

    Soak 1 cup of black beans in water overnight. Separately, soak 1/2 cup of dried longan in water for 5 minutes.

  2. 2.Drain Soaked Ingredients

    Pour the soaked black beans over a strainer to remove the water. Do the same for the soaked dried longan.

  3. 3.Combine in Food Processor

    Add the drained black beans and dried longan into a food processor. Pour 1 litre of water into the food processor.

  4. 4.Cook and Blend

    Cover the food processor and select the 'Soymilk' function. Alternatively, use a DIY setting to cook at 100°C for approximately 20-30 minutes, blending the ingredients simultaneously until smooth. The machine will auto power off when done.

  5. 5.Serve

    Once the blending and cooking process is complete, carefully open the food processor and pour the warm, smooth black bean and longan drink into individual glasses or mugs. Enjoy this healthy, filter-free beverage.
