Step 1: Prepare Bananas

Peel the two overripe bananas and mash them thoroughly with a fork on a plate until they form a coarse paste.

Step 3: Sauté Bananas

Step 4: Add Milk

Gradually add 2 cups of milk to the bananas in two batches. Add the first cup, stir until well combined and slightly thickened, then add the second cup and continue stirring. Allow the mixture to come to a gentle boil and thicken slightly.

Step 5: Incorporate Custard

Slowly pour the prepared custard mixture into the pan while continuously stirring the banana and milk mixture. Keep stirring until the dessert thickens to your desired consistency.

Step 6: Add Sweetener and Dry Fruits

Add 1/4 cup of sugar (or to taste) and stir until it dissolves completely. Then, add the chopped makhana and sliced almonds to the dessert. Mix well.

Step 7: Finish with Cardamom

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder for enhanced flavor. Continue to stir for another minute. Once the dessert reaches a thick, creamy consistency, turn off the gas flame.
