Carefully place 3 eggs in an air fryer tray or basket. Ensure they are not touching each other.
Air fry the eggs at 270°F (132°C) for 10 minutes. The whites should be fully cooked and the yolks runny.
Immediately after air frying, transfer the hot eggs to a bowl filled with ice water. Let them soak for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process and make them easier to peel.
While the eggs are cooling in the ice water, place bread slices in the air fryer and toast until they are golden brown and crispy.
Carefully peel the cooled soft-boiled eggs. Serve them in egg cups alongside the freshly made toast.
