    Prepare the eggs

    Crack 2 eggs into a heat/microwave-safe bowl.

    Add water

    Pour 3-4 tablespoons of water into the bowl with the eggs.

    Whisk eggs and water

    Use chopsticks or a fork to the eggs and water together until well combined.

    Add seasonings (optional)

    Add 1 drop of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of baby soy sauce to the egg mixture. This step is optional and can be adjusted based on taste and age.

    Whisk again

    the mixture again to incorporate the seasonings.

    Add spinach

    Roughly chop a handful of spinach and add it to the egg mixture.

    Combine ingredients
