1. Description of the Service

Sweet'N'Spicy provides the following features:

• Browsing and searching a catalogue of recipes organised by cuisine, meal type, and dietary preference.
• Converting YouTube cooking videos into structured, step-by-step recipes using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini).
• Customising existing recipes via AI-powered prompts (e.g. "make it vegan", "double the servings").
• Saving favourite recipes to your account for later access.
• Offline caching of previously viewed recipes.

2. User Accounts

Certain features (recipe conversion, favourites, recipe customisation) require you to create an account by verifying your email address with a one-time code. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App or its APIs.
• Abuse the conversion or customisation features (e.g. excessive automated requests).
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Fullmeals.com. Recipes extracted from YouTube videos are derived from publicly available content and include attribution to the original video creator and channel. We do not claim ownership of the underlying video content.

5. Third-Party Content & YouTube

The App searches and references content from YouTube. Your use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content. YouTube video results are provided via the YouTube Data API and are subject to Google's terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Recipes produced by the conversion and customisation features are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should use your own judgement when following recipes, particularly regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, and cooking safety. We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from AI-generated recipe content.

7. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullmeals.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
