  • 30 gramsFinely chopped capsicum
  • 75 gramsBoiled and crushed sweet corn
  • 1-2Chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 cupChopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cupBread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 100 gramsShredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonChilli flakes

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Combine Ingredients

    In a large plate, combine the boiled and grated potatoes, finely chopped capsicum, boiled and crushed sweet corn, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, black pepper powder, salt, shredded cheese, and chilli flakes. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined and a dough-like consistency is formed.

    Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small, uniform balls. Continue until all the mixture is used.

  3. 3.Prepare Air Fryer

    Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Carefully place the prepared veggie cheese balls into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

  4. 4.Air Fry

    Close the air fryer and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius. Air fry the veggie cheese balls for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5.Serve

    Once cooked, carefully remove the veggie cheese balls from the air fryer. Serve them hot and enjoy!
