Step-by-Step Instructions

Take 1 cup of boiled soya meat and put it into a blender jar. Blend it until it's crumbly, not a creamy paste. This is the perfect consistency.

  2. 2.Heat Oil and Add Spices

Place a pan on the stove and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds. Fry until fragrant.

  3. 3.Sauté Aromatics

Add 10 cloves of finely chopped garlic and 1 medium-sized chopped onion to the pan. Fry them lightly. Now add a few curry leaves, mix it all together, and let it fry for about 1 minute.

  4. 4.Add Green Chilies and Vegetables

Add 10 chopped green chilies to the pan and mix. Then add 100g of green beans, sliced green bell pepper, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced yellow bell pepper. Stir this all together and let it fry for about 1 minute.

  5. 5.Incorporate Soya Meat and Season

Add the blended soya meat to the pan. Mix everything well. After it has fried for a few seconds, add 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 2 teaspoons of chicken masala powder. Mix everything well again and let it cook on the stove for about another minute.

  6. 6.Add Tomato and Rice

Add 1 diced tomato to the mixture and mix well. Then add 3 cups of cooked rice, 1 tablespoon of butter, and 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves. Give this a really good stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and the butter has melted completely.

  7. 7.Garnish and Serve

Finally, garnish the top with chopped spring onions. Your delicious and easy fried rice is now ready to eat.
