Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder to the vegetables. Mix well. Then, tear open and add 1 packet of Maggi Masala-e-Magic and 2 packets of the noodle seasoning from the instant noodle packs. Stir to combine all the spices with the vegetables.

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup into the vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well coated and the sauce is evenly distributed.

Continue to mix and heat the noodles for another 1-2 minutes to ensure they are hot and fully integrated with the flavors. Transfer the vegetable Maggi noodles to a serving plate and serve immediately.
