Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Then, add finely chopped green chillies and for a few seconds.
Add salt to the pan, followed by water. Stir in the roasted peanuts powder and mix well to ensure there are no lumps. Bring the curry to a boil and let it for until it thickens slightly.
In a serving dish, place a layer of cooked Sabudana Khichdi. Pour the prepared hot peanuts curry over the khichdi, covering it evenly.
Top the misal with boiled peanuts, sweet potato chivda, and spicy potato chivda for a crunchy texture. Serve immediately while hot.
