Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Place a clean, dry pot on the stove. Ensure it's completely dry to prevent milk from curdling.
Add 1 liter of water to the pot and let it heat up.
Once the water is hot and bubbling, add 1 liter of packet milk.
Stir the milk continuously with a ladle to prevent it from sticking to the bottom or forming a thick layer of cream. Continue stirring until the milk boils.
Combine 1 tablespoon of AVT tea powder and 2 tablespoons of Chakra Gold tea powder (total 20-25g). Mix them well.
Once the milk is boiling and , add the mixed tea powder to the milk. Do not stir immediately.
Let the tea powder steep for a moment until it starts to separate slightly. Then, stir it well with a ladle.
Add about 10g of crushed ginger to the boiling tea.
Add 3 crushed cardamom pods to the tea. Stir well and let it boil for another minute.
Add 225g of sugar to the tea.
Stir the tea well until the sugar dissolves completely and the tea boils for another . The tea should be ready in about from when the milk was added.
Strain the prepared tea into another container using a fine-mesh strainer.
Serve the hot tea.
