Take the cherry tomatoes (Symphony tomatoes) and cut about half of them in half. Leave the other half whole. Set aside.

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise around the pit. Twist to open. Carefully strike the pit with a knife and twist to remove it. Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon and slice it into chunks. Remove any brown spots if present. Set aside.
