Step 1: Prepare Tomatoes

Take the cherry tomatoes (Symphony tomatoes) and cut about half of them in half. Leave the other half whole. Set aside.

Step 2: Slice Cucumbers

Cut the ends off the mini cucumbers (Cetrioio), then slice them into small, crunchy rounds. Set aside.
