Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa. Cook for about until small bubbles appear. Flip the paratha, apply 1/2 teaspoon of oil or ghee on the cooked side, and cook for another minute. Flip again, apply oil/ghee on the other side, and cook, pressing gently with a spatula, until both sides are golden brown and cooked through (approximately per side).
Serve the hot Stuffed Matar Parathe immediately with a dollop of butter, raita, and your favorite pickle.
