  2. Roasted Peanuts 1/2 cup
  3. Onion 1 medium, finely chopped
  4. Tomato 1 medium, finely chopped
  5. Green Chilli 1 no., finely chopped
  6. Coriander Leaves a handful, finely chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  10. Lemon 1 no.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetable and Spice Base

In a large mixing bowl, add the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander leaves.

Step 2: Add Seasonings

To the bowl, add salt to taste, red chilli powder, and chaat masala powder.

Step 3: Add Lemon Juice and Mix

Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon over the ingredients. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.

Step 4: Add Roasted Peanuts

Add the roasted peanuts to the mixture and give it another good mix.

Step 5: Add Puffed Rice

Finally, add the puffed rice to the bowl.

Step 6: Combine and Serve

Gently toss all the ingredients together until the puffed rice is evenly coated with the masala mixture. Serve immediately.
