  • 1 tspVinegar
  • 1 tspPepper Powder
  • 2 tspMaggi Masala or Chicken Bouillon Powder

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Heat Oil and Sauté Aromatics

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger, and 1 sliced red chili pepper. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 2.Add Onion and Capsicum

    Add 1 sliced onion to the pan and sauté until it starts to soften. Then add 1 small sliced capsicum (green bell pepper) and continue to sauté for another minute.

  3. 3.Add Chicken and Salt

    Add 1/2 kg of sliced chicken breast to the pan. Season with salt to taste. Sauté the chicken until it starts to turn white.

  4. 4.Cover and Cook

    Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes to allow the chicken to cook through and the flavors to meld.

  5. 5.Add Sauces and Seasonings

    Uncover the pan. Add 3 teaspoons of soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, and 2 teaspoons of Maggi Masala or chicken bouillon powder. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

  6. 6.Final Sauté and Garnish

    Sauté the mixture for 2 minutes, ensuring the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken and vegetables. Finally, add a few chopped coriander leaves and mix them in. Turn off the flame.

  7. 7.Serve

    Transfer the stir-fried chicken to a serving plate and serve hot.
