Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Peel the corn cobs and cut them into 8 equal pieces.
In a pan, add water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring the water to a boil. Carefully add the corn pieces, cover the pan, and boil for until tender.
Once boiled, remove the corn pieces from the water using tongs and set them aside.
In a separate pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and until fragrant, about .
Add 2 tablespoons of Schezwan chutney, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the pan. Mix all the ingredients well.
Pour in 1/4 cup of water and stir continuously until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
Add the boiled corn pieces to the sauce. Toss them thoroughly to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the spicy garlic masala.
Serve the spicy garlic masala corn hot. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
