Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Add 1/2 cup of rava, 1/2 cup of poha, and 1/2 cup of rice flour into a blender jar.
To the blender jar, add 1/2 cup of curd and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Although not explicitly shown, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder as indicated by the text overlay.
Add water gradually, as needed, and blend all the ingredients until a smooth, pourable batter is formed. Pour the batter into a mixing bowl.
Heat a non-stick tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Once hot, drizzle a small amount of oil onto the surface.
Pour one ladleful of the prepared dosa batter onto the hot tawa. Gently spread it slightly to form a small, thick pancake. Cover the dosa with a lid and cook for until the top appears cooked and edges start to crisp.
Remove the lid and sprinkle some podi chutney powder evenly over the cooked surface of the dosa.
Carefully lift the dosa from the tawa using a spatula. It should be soft and lightly golden. Repeat the process for the remaining batter. Serve the soft dosas hot with your preferred chutney or sambar.
