  • 4-5 cloves, choppedGarlic
  • 3-4 tablespoonsOil
  • 1Bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  • 500gMinced meat
  • 750gGreen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonCurry powder
  • 1/4 cupWater

For Rice

  • 2 cupsRice
  • 3 cupsWater
  • 1/2 teaspoonSalt

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare Minced Meat and Green Peas

    Add chopped garlic to a pan. Pour oil into the pan. Crumble and add one bouillon cube. Add a pinch of salt. Add the minced meat and green peas to the pan. Add a small amount of oil, black pepper, and curry powder. Add another pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Add a small amount of water to the mixture. Cover the pan and let it cook until the meat is browned and the peas are tender.

    In a separate pan, add chopped garlic, one bouillon cube, and oil. Stir until the garlic is fragrant and slightly browned. Add curry powder and mix well.
