Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter to a pot and melt it over medium heat.
Add one onion and 1 teaspoon of curry powder to the melted butter. until the onion is tender and fragrant.
Add 2 cups of washed rice to the pot and it for , stirring occasionally, until slightly golden.
Pour in 1-2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of water. Add salt to taste and stir everything together.

Crack 5 eggs directly into the pan with the tender onions. Scramble them until fully cooked.
Add the bell peppers (green and mini), 1 cup of green peas, and 1 cup of carrots to the pan. Stir to combine with the eggs and onions.
Sprinkle in the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of bouillon powder, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano leaves. Cook for , stirring occasionally.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce over the vegetables and eggs, mixing well.
Return the cooked shrimp to the pan with the vegetables and eggs. Cook for a few more minutes to heat through.
Add the cooked rice to the pan with the shrimp, eggs, and vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined and heated through.
Stir in the chopped green onion. the heat to low and let it for a few more minutes before serving.
