Take a bowl and add 1 medium-sized chopped onion, 1 small-sized chopped capsicum, 1 chopped green chili, and 5 chopped ladyfingers (okra).
Add half tablespoon of red chili flakes and half tablespoon of cumin seeds to the vegetables. Mix well. Then, add 1 cup of semolina (rava/sooji) to the mixture and mix again.
Gradually add 1 cup of lukewarm water while continuously mixing the ingredients until a thick batter forms. Add salt to taste, half tablespoon of coriander seeds, and some fresh chopped coriander. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for .
Take 5 bread slices and cut them into any desired shape, for example, in half lengthwise.
After , uncover the batter and mix it again. Add half a cup of water and mix well to achieve a flowing consistency suitable for coating the bread.
Dip each bread slice into the semolina batter, ensuring it's well coated on one side. Heat a medium-hot pan with a little oil. Place the coated bread slices, coated side down, in the pan. Cook for on medium-high flame until light brown, then flip and cook the other side until light brown and crispy.
Once both sides are light brown and cooked, remove the semolina bread toast from the pan. Serve hot with any sauce, such as tomato ketchup.
