Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Powder the Sugar

Take 750 gm of sugar and grind it into a fine powder using a mixer grinder.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, add the powdered sugar. Then, pour in the entire contents of the Rasna liquid pouch and the Rasna powder pouch.

Step 3: Add Water and Mix

Pour 900 ml of normal temperature water into the bowl with the sugar and Rasna mix.

Step 4: Mix Thoroughly

Stir the mixture well with a spoon until the sugar and powders are completely dissolved in the water.

Step 5: Strain the Concentrate

Using a fine-mesh sieve or a tea strainer, strain the prepared concentrate into another bowl to ensure a smooth texture.

Step 6: Prepare the Drink

To make a glass of Rasna, use a 1:3 ratio. Pour one part of the prepared concentrate into a serving glass.

Step 7: Dilute and Serve

Add three parts of water to the concentrate in the glass. Stir well to combine. Add a few ice cubes and serve chilled.

Step 8: Store the Concentrate

Pour the remaining Rasna concentrate into an airtight plastic or glass jar/bottle and store it in the refrigerator for future use.
