Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Take 500gm of chicken breast and cut them into very small cubes on a cutting board.
Transfer the chicken into a mixing bowl.
In a blender, add 1 medium-sized onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Blend these ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed.
Pour the blended mixture over the chicken in the bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon until the chicken is well coated with the mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the chicken mixture and mix again until fully incorporated.
Heat enough oil for pan frying in a pan over medium heat.
Take big chunks of the chicken mixture with a spoon and carefully place them into the hot oil, spreading them slightly to form patties. Gently tap the patties on all sides with a spoon to help them secure their shape while frying. Fry on medium heat to ensure proper cooking without burning.
Once the patties are golden brown on one side, carefully flip them using a spatula and a fork to cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the cooked chicken patties from the pan and place them on a plate. Serve hot.
