Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Pineapple

    Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Carefully peel the skin, then slice the pineapple into rounds. Cut each round into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2.Season the Pineapple

    Place the cut pineapple pieces into a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

    Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the pineapple and spices. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped coriander leaves into the bowl.
