  • 200-250 gPaneer (grated)
  • 1 smallOnion (finely chopped)
  • ½Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  • ½ tspRed Chilli Powder
  • ½ tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tspCoriander Powder
  • ½ tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tsp (or as per taste)Salt
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspLemon Juice
  • 2 tbspBhuna Besan (roasted gram flour)
  • 1 tbspCornflour
  • for garnishChaat Masala
  • for greasingOil or butter

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Paneer Mixture

    In a bowl, add grated paneer, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix all the ingredients well until combined.

  2. 2.Add Binding Agents

    To the paneer mixture, add bhuna besan (roasted gram flour) and cornflour. Mix thoroughly until the mixture binds together and is easy to shape.

  3. 3.Shape the Kababs

    Grease your hands with oil or butter. Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a cylindrical kebab around a skewer, pressing tightly to ensure it holds its shape.

  4. 4.Preheat the OTG

    Preheat the Agaro Marvel 48 Liters Oven Toaster Griller (OTG) to 200°C for 10 minutes.

  5. 5.Bake the Kababs

    Place the prepared skewers on the tray or grill rack inside the preheated OTG. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes using the top and bottom heating mode.

  6. 6.Grill for Smoky Finish

    After baking, switch the OTG to grill mode. Grill the kababs at 180°C for 3 to 5 minutes to achieve a smoky, golden finish.

  7. 7.Serve

    Remove the paneer tikka kababs from the OTG. Sprinkle chaat masala over them and serve hot with green chutney or your preferred sauces.
