In a pan, heat oil or butter and garlic and ginger paste. Add the ground chicken and cook until it changes color. Season with salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Stir well, then add tomato sauce or paste and until the is fully cooked and the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
