Then, add the blended cashew, magaz, and khus khus paste. Cook the paste for , stirring continuously, until it thickens and the raw smell disappears. Pour in the milk and mix well, bringing it to a gentle .
Add the vegetables (cauliflower, capsicum, peas, beans), roasted dry fruits (cashews, makhana, raisins, pistachios), and paneer to the gravy. Stir gently to combine.
Add white pepper powder, garam masala, sugar, and salt to taste. Stir in the pineapple pieces. Finally, crush kasuri methi between your palms and sprinkle it over the korma. Add a few drops of rose water or kewra water for aroma. Mix everything well.
Serve the Navratan Korma hot with naan, roti, or rice. Garnish with fresh coriander or a sprinkle of chopped nuts if desired.
