Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.

  1. Prepare Biscuits

    Open the can of Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits. On a cutting board, cut each biscuit into 8 small pieces.

  2. Coat Biscuits

    In a large plastic bag, combine 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. Add the cut biscuit pieces to the bag, seal it, and shake until all biscuit pieces are evenly coated with the cinnamon sugar mixture.

  3. Fill Muffin Tin

    Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Divide the coated biscuit pieces evenly among 10-12 muffin cups, filling each cup.

  4. Make Caramel Sauce

    In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of butter. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the butter is melted and the brown sugar is fully dissolved, forming a smooth caramel sauce.

  5. Add Sauce

    Carefully pour the warm caramel sauce evenly over the biscuit pieces in each muffin cup.

  6. Bake

    Place the muffin tin in a preheated oven at 350°F (approximately 175°C) (175°C (approximately 345°F)) and bake for , or until the monkey bread minis are golden brown and cooked through.
