Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Mango

    Carefully peel the skin off one large mango using a knife. Then, dice the mango into small cubes, reserving some for garnish.

  2. 2.Blend the Lassi Base

    Transfer the diced mango into a blender jar. Add 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no mango chunks remaining.

  3. 3.Pour into Serving Glasses

    Pour the freshly blended mango lassi into two serving glasses.

  4. 4.Garnish with Basil Seeds

    Top each glass of mango lassi with a spoonful of soaked basil seeds (sabja).
