Idli Pizza – Quick Snack

Ingredients

  • 4 piecesLeftover Idli
  • 4-5 tablespoonsPizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (shredded)Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup (chopped)Onions
  • 1/4 cup (chopped)Green Pepper
  • 1/4 cupCorn
  • 1/4 cup (chopped)Red Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (chopped)Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoonOregano
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonSambhar Masala

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Idlis

    Take 4 pieces of leftover idli and arrange them on a plate.

  2. 2.Apply Pizza Sauce

    Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the top surface of each idli.

  3. 3.Add Mozzarella Cheese

    Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce on each idli.
