  • 1/4 cup (chopped)Red Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (chopped)Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoonOregano
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonSambhar Masala

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Idlis

    Take 4 pieces of leftover idli and arrange them on a plate.

  2. 2.Apply Pizza Sauce

    Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the top surface of each idli.
