Extract 150 ml of orange juice from 2 or 3 oranges using a juicer.
Pour the 150 ml orange juice into a pot. Add 20g (approx 2 tbsp) of sugar, 1 tbsp of gelatin powder, and 35g (approx 2.5 tbsp) of starch syrup.
Boil the orange mixture on medium flame, stirring continuously, until you get a liquidy sticky mixture. This should take approximately 2-3 minutes.
Carefully fill the hot orange jelly mixture into various silicone molds (e.g., circles, hearts, stars, squares).
Take 1 cup of strawberries and grind them in an electric mixer until pureed. Then, sieve the strawberry mixture to remove seeds and pulp, collecting 150 ml of juice in a bowl.

Fill the hot strawberry jelly mixture into the remaining empty shapes in the silicone molds.
Take 250g of blueberries and grind them in an electric mixer until pureed. Then, sieve the blueberry mixture to remove any skins or pulp, collecting 150 ml of juice in a bowl.
Pour the 150 ml blueberry juice into a pot. Add 20g (approx 2 tbsp) of sugar, 1 tbsp of gelatin powder, and 35g (approx 2.5 tbsp) of starch syrup.
Cook the blueberry mixture for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, stirring continuously, until all ingredients are well mixed and it becomes a liquidy sticky mixture.
Fill the hot blueberry jelly mixture into any remaining empty silicone molds.
Place all the filled silicone molds in the fridge for 2 hours to allow the jelly candies to firm up completely.
Once firm, carefully take out the jelly candies from the molds by gently pressing them out. Sprinkle some corn flour on a clean surface, place the candies on it, and sprinkle more corn flour on top. Mix them well to coat evenly, which prevents them from sticking together.
The homemade fruit jelly candies are now ready to be enjoyed or stored.
