    • 1/2 tsp garlic granules (per clove)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Add Coriander

Add fresh coriander leaves to the blender jar.

Step 2: Add Mint Leaves

Add fresh mint leaves to the blender jar, on top of the coriander.

Step 3: Add Garlic

Add 3-4 cloves of garlic to the blender jar.

Step 4: Add Green Chilies

Add 6-7 green chilies to the blender jar for heat.

Step 5: Season with Salt

Add salt to taste to the ingredients in the blender.

Step 6: Add Coriander Powder (Optional)

Add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder. This step is optional.

Step 7: Add Curd

Add 2 tablespoons of curd (yogurt) to the blender.

Step 8: Grind the Chutney

Place the lid on the blender and grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste without adding any water.

Step 9: Serve Green Chutney

Once ground to a smooth consistency, transfer the fresh green chutney to a serving bowl. It is now ready to be enjoyed.
