In a large bowl, crack 3 eggs and add 1 glass (approximately 200 ml) of milk.
Add 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 1 chopped green chili, 1/2 cup of grated carrot, 1 medium chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp of chili flakes, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper powder to the bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of refined oil and 1 cup of wheat flour to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients well. Gradually add 2 cups of water while continuously until a smooth, thin batter is formed, similar to Rava Dosa consistency, ensuring no lumps remain.
Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil. Pour one ladleful of the prepared batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a round dosa.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for until the top surface appears cooked and the edges start to brown.
Remove the lid, carefully flip the dosa using a spatula, and cover it again. Cook for another on low heat until golden brown.
Remove the cooked dosa and repeat the process for the remaining batter. One cup of wheat flour should yield approximately 10-12 dosas. Serve the soft Godhuma Dosas hot.
In a blender, combine 1 handful of mint leaves, 1 handful of coriander leaves, 2 green chilies (cut), 1 small piece of ginger, 1 cup of curd, and salt to taste.
Blend all ingredients until a smooth paste is formed. Serve the chutney with the dosas.
