  8. Curry leaves 1 sprig
  9. Pandan leaf 1 piece
  10. Ginger/Garlic crushed 3 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 0.5 tsp
  12. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  13. Roasted curry powder 2 tsp
  14. Tomato 1 diced
  15. Dried Garcinia 2 pieces
  16. Soy sauce 2 tsp

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Chicken for Marination

Add 600g of chicken pieces to a large pot.

Step 2: Marinate Chicken

Add 1.5 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp curry powder, and a cinnamon stick to the chicken. Mix well by hand to ensure all chicken pieces are thoroughly coated with the spices.

Step 3: Add Water and Mix

Pour 1 cup of water into the pot with the chicken and mix thoroughly to combine.

Step 4: Cook Chicken

Place the pot on the stove over medium heat. Cover with a lid and cook for approximately , or until the chicken is tender and has released its juices. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 5: Remove Cooked Chicken
