Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare Egg Mixture

    Crack two eggs into a bowl, add a splash of milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 2.Melt Butter

    Place a frying pan on medium heat and add about 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, allowing it to melt completely.

  3. 3.Cook Scrambled Eggs

    Pour the whisked egg mixture into the melted butter in the hot pan. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon or spatula, gently folding the eggs until they are cooked to your desired consistency, light and fluffy.

  4. 4.Serve on Toast

    Transfer the cooked scrambled eggs from the pan directly onto a slice of toast. Serve immediately.
