Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound them thin using a meat mallet or a hammer until they are about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
In a bowl, crack one egg and add approximately 0.5 cup of milk. the mixture thoroughly until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 0.25 cup of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of white pepper. Mix all ingredients well.
Pour enough cooking oil into a deep pot or pan to allow for deep frying. Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches the desired frying temperature (around 350-375°F (approximately 175°C) or 175-190°C (approximately 345°F)).
Dip each pounded chicken breast into the egg wash, ensuring it's fully coated. Then, transfer it to the breading mixture, pressing firmly to ensure an even and thick coating. Carefully place the breaded chicken into the hot oil. Fry for approximately until the first side is golden brown and crispy.
Using tongs, carefully flip each chicken breast to the other side. Continue frying for an additional , or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Remove from oil and place on a wire rack to cool and drain excess oil.

• Do not overcrowd the pan when frying to maintain oil temperature and ensure even cooking.
• Add a pinch of paprika or onion powder to the breading for extra flavor.
