  • 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonCayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonWhite pepper

  1. 1.Prepare Chicken Breasts

Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound them thin using a meat mallet or a hammer until they are about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

  2. 2.Prepare Egg Wash

In a bowl, crack one egg and add approximately 0.5 cup of milk. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until well combined.

  3. 3.Prepare Breading Mixture

In a separate bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 0.25 cup of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of white pepper. Mix all ingredients well.

  4. 4.Heat Frying Oil

Carefully place the breaded chicken into the hot oil. Fry for approximately 2 minutes until the first side is golden brown and crispy.

  6. 6.Fry Chicken (Second Side)

Using tongs, carefully flip each chicken breast to the other side. Continue frying for an additional 1 minute, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Remove from oil and place on a wire rack to cool and drain excess oil.
