Cut 500 gm of chicken breast into finger-sized strips.

Take a chicken strip and coat it thoroughly with the prepared dry flour mixture, ensuring it's fully covered.
Dip the flour-coated chicken strip into a beaten egg, ensuring it's fully covered.
Coat the egg-washed chicken strip again with the dry flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure a thick, even coating.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Carefully place the coated chicken strips into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides, usually about per batch depending on thickness.
Remove the fried chicken strips from the oil and drain excess oil. Serve hot with mayonnaise and ketchup.
