Place a bread slice on a cutting board. Spread a thin layer of butter evenly on one side of the bread slice using a knife. Repeat for the second bread slice.
Flip the buttered bread slices over so the buttered side is down.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the unbuttered side of each bread slice.
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese (about 1/4 cup per slice) over the pizza sauce on both bread slices.
Arrange diced green, red, and yellow capsicum pieces evenly over the cheese on both bread slices.
Add diced onion pieces on top of the capsicum on both bread slices.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the toppings on both bread slices.
Sprinkle oregano (about 1/4 teaspoon per slice) over the toppings on both bread slices.
Sprinkle pepper powder (about 1/4 teaspoon per slice) over the toppings on both bread slices.
Sprinkle chilli flakes (about 1/4 teaspoon per slice) over the toppings on both bread slices.
Carefully transfer the two prepared bread pizzas into a non-stick pan.
Cover the pan with a lid. Cook the bread pizzas on a low flame for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly, and the bread is crispy and golden brown at the bottom.
Once cooked, remove the bread pizzas from the pan and place them on a cutting board or serving plate.
Cut each bread pizza diagonally into two triangles. Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy, stretchy bread pizza.
