Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In a pan, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil or ghee. Once the oil/ghee is hot, add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add 1 cup of cleaned cauliflower florets and 1 cup of chopped potatoes to the pan.
Mix the vegetables well with the oil and cumin seeds. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the cauliflower and potatoes are partially tender.
Once the vegetables are slightly cooked, add 1 chopped tomato to the pan. Mix well and continue to cook with the lid on until the vegetables are tender and the tomato softens.
After the vegetables are well cooked, add salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder. Mix all the spices thoroughly with the vegetables until everything is well combined.
Finally, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. The easy and tasty Aloo Gobi is now ready to serve.
