Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Chicken

    Pat dry both sides of the chicken leg quarters thoroughly with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  2. 2.Season the First Side

    Drizzle one side of the chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and salt. Add a squeeze of ranch dressing on top.

  3. 3.Spread the Marinade

    Use a brush to evenly spread the applied marinade and seasonings all over the first side of the chicken.

  4. 4.Season the Second Side

    Flip the chicken over and repeat the seasoning process on the other side: drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and salt, and add a squeeze of ranch dressing. Use a brush to spread the marinade evenly.

  5. 5.Marinate Overnight

    Cover the seasoned chicken with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld and tenderize the meat.

    Line the air fryer basket with greased aluminum foil. Carefully place the marinated chicken leg quarters into the prepared air fryer basket.

    Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C). Cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes. During cooking, flip the chicken at least 3 times and brush it with butter each time to ensure even cooking and a crispy skin.
