Place the air fryer racks into the drawers. Prick the pork sausages to prevent splitting during cooking. Place the sausages in air fryer drawer 1.
Set air fryer drawer 1 to 'Air Fry' mode, 170°C (345°F) for 17 minutes. Start cooking.
Place the hash brown, halved tomato, and slice of black pudding in air fryer drawer 2. Brush them lightly with cooking oil and season with sea salt and black pepper.
When approximately 8 minutes remain on the sausage timer (drawer 1), place drawer 2 into the air fryer. Set drawer 2 to 'Air Fry' mode, 180°C (355°F) for 7 minutes. Start cooking.
When approximately 7 minutes remain on the sausage timer (drawer 1) and 6 minutes on drawer 2, add the bacon rashers to air fryer drawer 1. Increase the temperature of drawer 1 to 180°C (355°F) and continue cooking.
Heat olive oil and butter in a wok or frying pan over high heat until sizzling. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry for a couple of minutes until they are nicely browned. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
Place the slice of bread in a toaster and toast to your desired crispness.
Heat cooking oil in a small cast iron pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and fry, basting the yolk with hot oil, until the white is set and the yolk is runny.
Warm the portion of baked beans in a microwave or saucepan until hot.
Carefully arrange all the cooked components on a plate: hash brown, black pudding, tomatoes, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, baked beans, and the fried egg. Serve immediately with the buttered toast on the side.
