Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a tawa. Add crushed garlic (from 1 pod, approximately 5-6 cloves) and fry until it turns light brown.
Add 1 bowl of finely chopped onions to the tawa and fry until they become light brown. Then, add 5-6 finely chopped green chilies and a few curry leaves. Continue to fry.
Add salt to taste to the mixture and mix well. Next, add 1 bowl of finely chopped tomatoes and fry until they soften.
Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, and 2 tsp chili powder to the tawa.
