  2. Ragi Flour 4 spoons
  3. Milk 1 glass (approx. 200-250ml)
  4. Jaggery Powder 4 spoons
  5. Cardamom 3 pods (or 1/2 tsp powder)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Boil Water

Take a pot, add 2 glasses of water (approx. 400-500ml), and bring it to a boil.

Step 2: Prepare Ragi Mixture

In a separate bowl, take 4 spoons of ragi flour. Add a little water and mix well to ensure there are no lumps.

Step 3: Add Ragi Mixture to Boiling Water

Once the water is boiling, add the prepared ragi flour mixture. Stir continuously while adding to prevent lumps. Keep the flame on low to medium.

Step 4: Add Milk

Pour 1 glass of milk (approx. 200-250ml) into the pot and mix thoroughly.

Step 5: Add Jaggery and Cardamom

Add 4 spoons of jaggery powder and the powder from 3 cardamom pods (or 1/2 tsp cardamom powder) to the mixture.

Step 6: Boil and Serve

Stir well and let it boil until it reaches a desired consistency and a single boil appears. Once done, turn off the flame and serve hot or warm.

• Keep the flame low to medium when adding the ragi flour mixture to prevent lumps.
