Quick Dosa with Sambhar Masala Topping

  • 1 tspOil
  • a fewCurry Leaves
  • a pinchChopped Onions/Garlic
  • 1-2 tspKunika Zest Sambhar Masala

  • 1 small bowlSambhar
  • 1 cupTea

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Dosa

    Heat a tawa (griddle) on a gas stove. Once hot, pour one ladle of dosa batter onto the center of the tawa.

  2. 2.Spread the Batter

    Using the back of the ladle, quickly spread the batter in a circular motion from the center outwards to form a thin, round dosa.

  3. 3.Add Toppings

    While the dosa is cooking, sprinkle a few fresh curry leaves and a pinch of chopped onions or garlic over the surface of the dosa.

  4. 4.Sprinkle Sambhar Masala

    Generously sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of Kunika Zest Sambhar Masala powder over the dosa, ensuring even distribution.

  5. 5.Cook and Serve

    Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of oil around the edges and over the dosa. Cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, transfer the dosa to a plate and serve immediately with a side of sambhar and a cup of tea.
